Projects Management:
Project Management Office (PMO) focuses on realizing the defined project within the agreed quality, time, and cost requirements. Managing the internal and external resources in an efficient way to best suit the interests of the customers is one of most important goals of our PMO.
PMO will assign a project manager to each and every project at a time. The project manager will be the client’s single point of contact throughout all phases of contract execution. He will be responsible for coordinating all works required in the various project stages.
The project manager will need a contact person within our customer’s team for smooth coordination.
